Where do you guys ship to?

We ship the products worldwide! And we do it for free!

How long can it take to recieve my package?

Since we ship worldwide for free, it can take between 2-3 weeks from our manufacturer. If you wish to get your product shipped by 7-9 days, please mail us: sales@straightuptalk.com

I still didn't recieved my order. What to do?

If your item is in stock, please allow us 2-4 business days to process your order once your payment is received and cleared. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays – we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Do I have to pay some duties or taxes?

It depends on the country you're from. Customers are responsible for all import duties and fees.  So it depends what country you're from. 

Oh, my product arrived damaged?

I want to return something. What should I do?

Returns are accept on all items for any reason, as long as item & packaging is returned in perfect condition. You can also contact Danny at sales@straightuptalk.com to arrange your return.

We accept secure payment through Paypal, IDEAL (soon), Stripe and accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.

What about Western Union or bank transfers?
